Reunion Committee
Members of the Class of 76 Reunion Committee are Ken Johnson, Mike Offill, Vicki Jefferson Beard, Martha Wright, Cheryl Hall Jones, Kristi Watson Sutterfield, Mede Nix, David Bell and Clark Huffstetler.
Want to join us in planning? We are looking for volunteers for two committees -- the Contact Committee and Decorations Committee. We have addresses, phone numbers and/or emails for about 65 classmates, plus the more the 200 Facebook group members. The Contact Committee will organize soon and be responsible for reaching out to those we know about and finding contacts for those we don't. This committee will meet and work remotely, so you don't need to live in the D-FW area to participate. The Decorations Committee will activate this the summer and will be responsible for decorations and securing things like a photo booth and a photographer. We can’t wait to hear who’s coming to our 50th Reunion. We are in the process of engaging a caterer for the reunion dinner on Saturday night, Sept. 26. As soon as we determine pricing and get a payment method set up, we'll start taking payments for the dinner. We’re also working on other events for the weekend. Need a place to stay?
We've secured a block of rooms with the Hilton Garden Inn, next door to our reunion party site at the Epic.
We were able to negotiate a room rate $159 per night for Friday, Sept. 25 and/or Saturday, Sept. 26. That's about $50 off the regular nightly price.
This rate will be good through Aug. 24, so make sure to book before then. Please use this link to reserve so we will get credit to fill our block of rooms.

Several members of the Class of 76 are contributing as sponsors to help pay for the event and keep costs low too make it affordable for every classmate to attend. If you’d like to contribute on behalf of yourself or your business, you’ll have space in our reunion program. Sponsorship levels are $100, $250 and $500.
